CHI 138 is the flagship property of hospitality group CHI International in the heart of Wan Chai.

As a joint venture with Hang Seng Bank where its Wan Chai flagship branch occupies the first 3 floors of the development, the rest of the new-build is a fully-serviced apartment block ranging from studios to a 2,400 sqft. penthouse atop the tower.

Originally planned to be a smaller tower, the neighbouring land was purchased by the Client while construction had begun hence a second tower was built to adjoin the first tower as an extension; it was proven to be an ambitious but successful mission.

PMDC was appointed as the project manager to oversee from design stage to the constructions of the adjoining towers over the course of 7 years.

Chi 138 was recognize by the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong and was awarded the Best Boutique Residential Development in Hong Kong in the China Property Awards 2015.
