For this new 26 storey redevelopment project in Wan Chai, Hong Kong's historical business district, PMDC was in charge of the schematic, architectural and facade design of the proposed hotel & office buidling.

The brief was to create fluidity and dynamics through the facade design, away from the conventional boxy curtain-walled skyscrapers commonly found in Hong Kong. This is achieved by creating multiply shaped floor plates throughout the structure with a number of recesses on the facade providing open green spaces, as well as allowing a fluid architectural language flowing naturally to high above.​

The top level design is also complete with an infinity rooftop pool to command panoramic city views in the heart of the city.
